The SWIFF Team consists of Bobbie, Ollie, Gabe, Henry and Chloe, who are all Swindon born and bred.

Ollie and Bobbie volunteered at the festival for 3 years before becoming the festival directors, having now ran the festival since 2023, taking over from Doug Kirby who founded the festival 7 years ago.

Every member of the SWIFF team is passionate about bringing independent film to the community they grew up in, and shining a positive light on Swindon, which has long had a thriving artistic community.

As well as their day jobs and festival planning, some of the team have also written and produced award winning shorts/music videos, and regularly collaborate within the creative space of the South West of England.
